Fears are something that can frighten you away from doing something you’ve always dreamed of doing. You can set out to achieve a goal and then something may happen and your dream can go down hill within a moment.
When this happens you have to consider some options. 1. Let the dream go away or 2. Overcome the fear and set out again to achieve your goal. I found a quote that fits perfectly with the second option.
“You block your dream when you allow your fear to grow bigger than your faith. ~Mary Manin Morrissey

Why let fear get the best of you. Does fear ever hurt? I’m sure if you thought about it long enough you could figure how a way that fear could hurt, but more than likely your answer will be no.
Fear is a feeling and nothing more than that, so it’s likely after you think about what you’re going through that you decide what actions you can take to overcome it so that you will be able to achieve your goals.
One way I found is to pray and trust that the fear I'm feeling is only in my head. I personally seek my courage in believing that my Saviour is able to conquer all my doubts and lead me on to a path that gives me the fortitude to believe that all that I thought I could do, I can through him. Another way I find comfort and strength is to stay to connected with family and friends who share in the same belief and this helps me to be able to talk through my fears. You’ll need to find someone you can trust and one that will be honest and willing to help you with your problem. You need to be able to trust this person and you’ll need to know that they’re there for you and to help you face your fears so you can achieve your goals.
Another way to share is with you pastor or hire a coach or counselor. They will be able to help you work through your fears and they will be able to help you set up a plan that you’ll be able to work through easily. If you find part way through you begin to struggle or the fear comes back again, get back with them to discuss your feelings and they can help you map out some exercises that can be helpful.

Always and the best way to face your fears is to acknowledge the fear and everything about it. Think about what causes the fear to raise its weary head and then do your best to overcome it. Maybe you need to get some training so you have more knowledge and know how, or maybe you need to decide your goal is more important than the fear. No matter what you need to do, face your fear and make it happen.
